BACKGROUND
The Golf Commission Manual is a helpful guiding document that is provided to new Golf Commissioners and can be reviewed from time to time by all Commissioners. It had not been updated since 2012, prior to the City of Alameda’s long-term lease with Greenway Golf.
The Golf Commission Chair and Recreation and Parks Director reviewed and updated the Golf Commission Manual to reflect the current operational relationship with Greenway Golf.
RECOMMENDATION
To discuss the updated Golf Commission Manual and provide any comments.
