Re: Receive 2019 and 2020 Greenway Golf Annual Reports
BACKGROUND
Greenway Golf is required, per its Lease Agreement with the City of Alameda, to provide an annual report each year.
DISCUSSION
Due to both the COVID-19 pandemic, which re-focused efforts on managing safety protocols, and a change in Greenway Golf management, the 2019 Annual Report was not provided to the City or Golf Commission.
This report by Greenway Golf includes both the 2019 Annual Report (Exhibit 1) and the 2020 Annual Report (Exhibit 2).
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact from receiving this report.
RECOMMENDATION
To receive and discussion the 2019 and 2020 Greenway Golf Annual Reports.
