Vice Mayor Vella moved approval of the Consent Calendar.

(*21- ) Recommendation to Approve Eric Levitt, City Manager, Lisa Maxwell, Interim Community Development Director, Nanette Mocanu, Assistant Community Development Director, and Aaron Duffy, Staff Counsel, as Real Property Negotiators for the Alameda Theatre, Located at 2317 Central Avenue, Alameda, CA. Accepted.
