Brief description of the subject to be printed on the agenda, sufficient to inform the City Council and public of the nature of the referral:

That Council direct City Staff to move the fence that's currently on Jean Sweeney Open Space Park ("Park") property so that it is on the boundary separating Park from Union Pacific property. It has been brought to my attention that the fencing is not currently on the Park boundary, actually reducing the size of the Park, access to the public of what is Park land and placing many of the grown trees outside of the Park fencing.

Attached is a map prepared by Jean Sweeney Open Space Park Fund illustrating the property that the City has already purchased but which is outside of the current Park fencing, and a draft of where the fence should be placed.
