EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The City of Alameda (City) has completed a draft update to the Housing Element of the General Plan and a comprehensive set of zoning amendments to affirmatively further fair housing and accommodate the 5,353 unit Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) for the 2023-2031 Housing Element cycle.
