BACKGROUND
At the February 7, 2022 Open Government Commission meeting, the Commission approved discussing a proposal from Commissioner Cambra at the next Commission meeting. The matter was placed on the April 4, 2022 meeting (Exhibit 1) and the Commission requested the matter return with an update on whether case law provides guidance at the next meeting when there is other business. Although there was a meeting on May 2, 2022, the matter was not on the agenda due to the anticipated length of the meeting. The matter is on the agenda tonight for Commission consideration.
