* Construction (Caltrans): To enhance pedestrian safety, Caltrans is adding flashing beacons and crosswalk improvements at six intersections along CA Hwy 61 with completion expected soon. Caltrans has begun early construction work on pavement resurfacing and street safety improvements on Encinal Avenue between Broadway and Sherman Street, to be completed in 2023.
