BACKGROUND:
The project is located within an existing commercial building containing three commercial units located at 1542 Webster Street. The proposal is a use permit for the establishment of a new 1,400 sq. ft. grocery store for the sale of food items, produce, alcoholic beverages, snacks and household items within a vacant commercial space located on the ground floor.
