Since the last regularly scheduled Planning Board Meeting, the Zoning Administrator or Planning staff has or will take action on the following applications.

Zoning Administrator Hearing

April 7, 2015

PLN14-0580 - 2440 Monarch Street - Use Permit - Applicant: Meredith Coghlan. A public hearing to consider a Use Permit to allow outdoor seating and extended business hours for an existing winery at Alameda Point. The outdoor seating will occupy the paved area in front of the building. The proposed extended business hours are from 10:00 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, where the standard permitted business hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. The project site is located within the AP-AR, Alameda Point Adapted Reuse District. This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301(a) - operation, permitting or leasing of existing private structures involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that which exists.
